Northumbia Healthcare NHS Trust
We've been working very closely with Northumbria NHS Trust for over 2 years now. This is a large acute Trust that covers a very wide geographic area and runs 10 hospitals. They are the first Trust we know of that is systematically gathering the views of patients in a way that results are available for individual consultants. We are sending out questionnaires to 200 patients seen by every outpatient consultant at the Trust so each consultant will know what their patients think about them.

NHS Lothian
We've been working with NHS Lothian since 2006. At Lothian we have done a wide range of surveys across this very large organisation. Surveys include inpatients, outpatients, emergency, minor injuries, day surgery, heart disease, cancer, diabetes and hip replacement.
