Confidentiality

For most of the surveys we carry out, we are provided with the names and addresses of patients/service users so that we can send them a questionnaire. Ensuring that the names and addresses are kept confidential is vital and we have systems and procedures in place to do this.

In order to best protect patient confidentiality, we carry out all of our fieldwork in-house at our Oxford offices. We don´t subcontract any of the fieldwork.
