Encryption & Data Security

Physical security is also vitally important in regard to the patient names and addresses. We store all of our patient identifiable data on a stand-alone (not networked) server. Databases are all stored in an encrypted format. When not in use, the hard disks containing the patient data are stored in a fire-proof safe.
