Final reports

Although everything is provided on-line, and we try to use as little paper as possible, our customers prefer to have a printed final report sent to them. We do this within the price of the survey. Electronic copies, as PDF files, are also provided so additional copies can be printed.

Our final reports include all the information you would expect - response rates, frequency table, mean rating score summaries, trends over time, national benchmarks, comparisons within the organisation.

However, we also pride ourselves on the executive summary that we provide - see the link on the left for full details.
