Hand held surveys

We have recently started using hand-held computers (PDAs) to allow real-time or very rapid feedback from surveys in specific problem areas. For example, short questionnaires on food, discharge planning and hospital facilities are available with feedback available real-time via our on-line system.

Some important benefits of our system are:

Real-time feedback - Get results the next morning rather than waiting months.

Flexibility - Basic package of up to 20 questions per survey, 5 questionnaires a year, use our ready made tested questionnaires or design your own.

Cost effective - After the initial license costs there is no limit to the number of patients you survey.

Targeted - Results can be shown for individual wards/clinics, by clinical teams on inpatient wards or outpatient clinics, or even by individual health professionals.

Responsive - If you have an urgent concern, design a questionnaire with our help and get feedback from patients the next day.

Visible - Patients and public can see that you are collecting information and staff engage with the process.
