If you have a query about the survey or the questionnaire, call our Freephone Helpline which is open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and we'll do our best to help.

If you prefer to complete the questionnaire by telephone with one of our staff, that's fine we will do that for you.

When you phone up, please have the questionnaire and letter available - we will ask you for the serial number from the front of the questionnaire.
