What is included?

Our costs for carrying out a survey are all-inclusive. We do all the printing, packing, postage, data-entry and on-line and printed reporting.

You will receive the following within the basic survey price:

• A named project manager as your first point of contact
• Free on site presentation of results made to your Board or another relevant group
• Real-time on line analysis and reporting of results
• Final report including: Executive Summary, Analysis by locality, Response rates, Trends over time, Frequency tables, Annual Health Check Questions identified, Mean rating scores, Patient comments as an Access database.
• Professional printing of questionnaires in booklet format and letters including colour logos
• Data entry (including patient comments)
• All packing and postage
• Leaflets in multiple languages and telephone translation as required
• Freephone helpline staffed directly by Patient Perspective
• Telephone completion of questionnaires as required
