Working in house

In order to protect the confidentiality of patients, we don't subcontract any of the work we carry out. We take and process names and addresses of patients at our Oxford offices, print letters and pack questionnaires in-house as well.

All freephone calls are taken by our staff working in the Patient Perspective office.

The Royal Mail delivers all the returned questionnaires to our offices, and all data entry is carried out in-house as well.
