Current projects

We have several projects going on at any one time - work is beginning with the acute NHS Trusts who have commissioned us to carry out their Care Quality Commission required national Outpatient Department survey. We are also talking with a number of trusts who are interested in commissioning us for the first time. If you have never worked with us, get in touch and find out what we can do for you.

In the last year we've surveyed 30,000 patients about their dental care. We are working with a Trust to provide survey results by individual outpatient consultant and inpatient ward. We are also working with a Primary Care Trust to survey patients about home visits from a health visitor and district nurse.

We are currently completing a project for the Scottish Government to find out what the most important issues for Scottish NHS staff and patients are about NHS Scotland. Our findings will feed in to the questionnaire that will be used for the launch of Better Together, Scotland's Patient Experience programme.
