ER
ER is our Electronic Reporting system. This enables our customers to securely login in to the system and monitor response rates and survey results in real-time - the system is updated every day.

You can see results for the whole Trust or Health Board, individual hospitals, departments, clinics or wards, GP practices and even individual clinicians for our Healthcare Professional level surveys. You can see trends over time and identify the performance indicator questions.

You can download preliminary reports and PowerPoint presentations at any time when the survey is running.
