We provide reports in two main ways - ER, our online reporting system shows real-time response rates and up-to-date results. From ER you can download and print preliminary reports and presentations at any time.

We also provide a printed final report as a hard-copy and in PDF format.

Within our final report is an executive summary, our interpretation of what the main priorities for quality improvement are. Our experienced researchers produce this, it is not just a computer generated document.
