Our staff
Stephen Bruster, the Company Director was the lead researcher in the first national inpatient survey in 1994. The findings of this ground breaking research were the first to show evidence that “satisfaction” surveys give an overly positive view that hides genuine room for improvement. As a result, patient surveys are more likely to focus on reporting on “what happens”, rather than rating satisfaction.
Stephen has over 15 years experience of how to run effective patient surveys. This ensures you will get the best survey for your needs - sound methodology, surveys that ask the right questions and actionable results displayed in an easy to interpret format.
Working with Stephen, we have a small core team of researchers and project managers who all have considerable experience of research, and in particular surveys, in the healthcare sector.
All of our fieldwork is carried out in-house and we use new technology such as folding/inserting machines and scanners to automate this as far as possible. Our efficient systems allow us to pass on savings to you and keep your survey costs down.
