Our Surveys

The majority of the work we do is in surveying patients about their healthcare experience, mostly carried out by post. We send patients a questionnaire, covering letter and freepost return envelope. We normally send out reminders to patients that don't respond in 2-3 weeks and a final reminder with the original questionnaire 2-3 weeks after that.

Increasing numbers of our surveys are now available to patients via our web-site and we also complete questionnaires over the telephone when patients are unable to complete a written questionnaire themselves.
